🌅 Morning

  • Walk or jog (with my husband and Ddudu)
  • Warm water + vitamins/supplements
  • Make coffee for my husband
  • Eat an apple

🧠 Late Morning (9–11 AM)

  • Simple meditation (10+ minutes)
  • Yoga (1 hour every day — whatever style or genre I’m drawn to that day)
  • Tea time and reading
  • Morning pages or idea notes

🏠 Daytime (11:30 AM–2 PM)

  • Meal / lunch
  • Afternoon walk
  • Nap

🔥 Core Afternoon (2–5 PM)

  • English study (translate yesterday’s journal entry or book passages + vocabulary practice)
  • Organize the photos taken the day before
  • 👉 Choose just one:
    • Household budgeting/finances
    • Work/projects

🍳 Before Dinner

  • Prepare dinner

🌙 Evening

  • (2–3 times a week) Go to the gym and work out with my husband
  • Dinner
  • Walk
  • Spend time with my husband

📖 Night

  • Reading
  • Shower
  • Journaling
  • Send photo materials/files to my email
  • Take vitamins/supplements
  • Sleep
